SIMS 4 Mesh Groups

Many of CAS items are divided into a few mesh groups using format, such as:

s4studio_mesh_1
s4studio_mesh_2
etc.

Whenever there’s an interaction between one cas item with another, certain group mesh will be hidden the other will stay. 

For example a pants and a long boot. If you use a long boot, some part of the pants at the bottom should be hidden. To make it as if the pants is in the boot.

Which group mesh will stay or hidden is decided in Region Map in the warehouse.

Each meshgroup has it’s group, instance and type numbers. In region map you can say “so the part of the mesh with these identifying numbers should disappear when interacting with boots”
